Frequently asked questions
Who can join?
Anyone approved through the program's curation. In Brazil, you must be a duly organized legal entity (active CNPJ) able to issue invoices. Outside Brazil, individuals and legal entities are eligible.
When do I get paid?
Each commission goes through a 45-day holding period after the customer's payment. Once released, it enters the next monthly cycle — payout happens when the released balance reaches the currency minimum (R$ 250, US$ 50, or € 50).
How do I get paid?
In Brazil, via Pix, against a service invoice (nota fiscal) for intermediation services. Outside Brazil, via Wise or PayPal, in the currency of the balance.
Can I refer myself?
No. Using your own link to subscribe to Sutram for yourself, for companies in your group, or for accounts under your control is prohibited and leads to a ban from the program.
Can I advertise using the Sutram brand?
No. Running paid media with "Sutram" (or variations) as a keyword and registering domains or handles with the brand are prohibited. Promote through your own channels and content.
Do trials or free plans generate commission?
No — only paid subscriptions generate commission. But attribution is preserved within the cookie window: if the customer later subscribes to a paid plan, the referral is yours.
