Is the Basic plan really free forever?
Yes. The Basic plan is always free and allows you to create one project with unlimited members.
What happens when I invite someone?
When you invite someone to your project, they get a free Basic account automatically. They can participate in as many projects as they're invited to, at no additional cost to them or you.
Do I pay per team member?
Never. You pay only for your account's plan based on the number of projects you own. Participants join your projects at no cost, regardless of how many there are.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime. To downgrade, you need to fit within the new plan's limits for projects, storage, and bandwidth. You can download and delete completed projects to meet the new plan requirements.
What's the difference between own projects and participating?
Own projects are ones you create and manage. Participating means you've been invited to someone else's project. You can participate in unlimited projects on any plan, including Basic.
